The Assembly of European Regions (AER) is looking for a graphic designer to work on the layout of the publication of the Intercultural Integration Strategy (approximately 30 pages), which will be largely distributed in its online and printed version in the context of the EU funded project EU-Belong.
Requested services The awarded designer will prepare the visual/graphic layout of the document of the EU- Belong Intercultural Integration Strategy according to the guidelines provided by the AER and Donegal County Council (DCC).
Timeline
- 1st week of June 2024: First call between AER – graphic designer
- 20 June 2024: submission first draft
- 10 July 2024: deadline final version
Application & evaluation
In the evaluation of the offers, AER will take into account all the information requested in the Terms of Reference. Including the:
- Availability of the companies to conduct the services in due time and with available budget.
- Examples of similar publications provided through the registration form
