Workshop ‘Skills: (EU)Belong here – How intercultural strategies can boost talent attraction and retention’

The Intercultural Regions Network and the AMIF-funded project EU-Belong provide a blueprint for shaping regions’ policies and strategies via an intercultural approach. This workshop explains how this approach can help regions to boost diversity, and attract and retain the talent they need to prosper in the green, digital and demographic transitions. It will address the challenges in this area and show the importance of collaboration between levels of government and the relevant stakeholders.

Speakers:

  • Andrew McNulty, Arts and Cultural Diversity Officer, Donegal County Council
  • Lara Prociatti: Project Manager – Skills and Territories for Innovation Unit, ART-ER Attractiveness Research Territory
  • Lupe Moreno Iturriaga: Deputy Director General of Migration, Refuge and Anti-Racism Coordination, Ministry of Equality and Feminisms (tbc)

Moderator:

  • Emanuela Pisanó: European Project manager, Assembly of European Regions

Don’t forget to register for the workshop!
