The Common European Sustainable Building Assessment (CESBA) published a policy paper for a common assessment of buildings in Europe. Launched with the support of Rhônalpénergie Environnement (RAEE), this report addressed to territorial collectivities aims at harmonising European indicators of energy efficiency in buildings.
