From the 25 to 27 November 2009, AER General Assembly got together in Belfort, in France to discuss Energizing Europe Responsibly: Regional innovation and diversity for growth and jobs.
After three days of intense talks, the AER adopted the Belfort Appeal, this year’s Final Declaration where the regions, as a force for change, decided to mobilize in the fight against climate change.
