Practical Information
Voting procedure
2015 will be an election year for the Bureau and the Executive Board. Please note that only regions who are up to date in the payment of their membership fees including 2015 will have the right to vote. Do not hesitate to contact Ms.Regine Kramer, Coordinator for member relations, (+32 2 880 95 63) if you have any questions on this issue.
All members present at the meeting must have completed and sent the voting form in order to have the right to vote. For members that cannot attend the event, they may delegate their vote to another region using the proxy form. Please note that a region present can only represent one absent region through the proxy form system.
