The United Nations’ 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development has become an integral part of European citizens’ lives, as sustainability is the key to a brighter future. That’s why the AER and our partners are organising a high-level regional conference dedicated to the Sustainable Development Goals, taking place in October 2021.
Regions are leading the way when it comes to delivering the SDGs on the ground, and we want to hear how your region is making a difference and shaping our sustainable future.
From local initiatives to policy and legislative proposals, we invite you to send us short, concise video messages and/or articles on what the SDGs mean to your region. All videos/articles should underline the importance of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Articles should not exceed 750 words.
These contributions will be posted on our dedicated SDG Conference website and social media accounts, and used to promote both the conference itself and the role of regions in the sustainability agenda.
For videos specifically, we would be grateful if you could respect the following specifications:
- Tell us your name, position and institution (include them in the video title or description if you are uploading it on Dropbox.
- Length: Videos must not exceed 2 minutes.
- Resolution: The maximum resolution for videos is 1920×1200 or 1200×1900.
- Format: MP4 or MOV
