AER President Dr Hande Özsan Bozatli, AER Secretary General Mathieu Mori and Ms Imma Buldu-Freixa from the Catalonia delegation to the European Union met with the commissioner this morning.

Stressing the importance of the AER for testing new ideas and using it as platform for communicating to regions, AER President also highlighted the need for the Commission and AER to work together on promoting youth professional mobility and its Eurodyssey programme.

A series of follow up meetings with cabinet members is being planned to organise concretely the joint work on Eurodyssey and the other youth, culture and education topics.
