Acting Secretary General Mathieu Mori met on 9 September with the Secretary Generals of the Committee of the Regions, the Council of European Municipalities and Regions, the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions and Eurocities.

These meetings will take place on a regular basis in order to further the cooperation between our complementary organisations, to create coalitions when needed and to avoid doubling the work. As concrete outputs a joint event, following the one already organised by AER to meet the newly elected Members of the European Parliament in Strasbourg last July, will be organised in Brussels.
