What to Expect
Founded in 2008 by the Assembly of European Regions (AER), the Youth Regional Network (YRN) serves as a dynamic platform for young people to engage in regional governance. It empowers youth to participate actively in policymaking, exchange ideas, develop skills, share best practices, and collaborate with decision-makers to drive meaningful change.
The YRN General Assembly is a key event for young leaders and members of the YRN to come together, reflect on past activities, and shape the future of the network. Highlights of the event include:
- Presentation of the Activity Report by the outgoing Presidium
- Interactive workshops and cultural activities
- Exchange of ideas and best practices with young people from across Europe
- Election of the new YRN Presidium for a one-year mandate
For detailed information about the YRN General Assembly and the YRN Presidium’s composition, mission and responsibilities, check the Statutes, Rules of Procedure and Description of responsibilities. You can also join the YRN here.
