The Assembly of European Regions (AER) is seeking a photographer/videographer to cover the Final Conference of the EU-Belong project in Strasbourg in March 2025.
The photographer/videographer will cover the first day of the Final Conference of the EU-Belong project in Strasbourg on 25 March 2025 (times tbc, most likely from 9/10 AM – 6 PM). The required outputs are photos of the event, and 2 videos. More information about the event: see here
The requested products are:
- Event Photography: Capture moments throughout the day. A selection of highlight photos must be delivered by 26 March 2025. The complete, edited set should be delivered by 1 April 2025.
- Video 1 (2-3 minutes): A recap of the event, including 3-4 interviews with subtitles. Example style: see here.
- Video 2 (2-3 minutes): A video showcasing the project’s value for AER, primarily composed of interviews with subtitles.

Selection Criteria
AER will evaluate applications based on the following criteria:
- Availability to deliver services within the required timeframe
- Quality of previous work
- Cost-effectiveness (best value for money)
