The project Cleaner Energy Saving Mediterranean Cities (CES-MED) has released a handbook, aiming at helping Southern Mediterranean municipalities develop a plan to raise citizens’ awareness on energy saving and energy efficiency.

The manual will guide you step-by-step on how to create an Citizens’ Awareness Promotion Plan that aims to tackle wasteful behaviour and secure public support for sustainable energy actions. The document is available online in English and French.
