Mrs Bianca Miruna Gavrilita appointed as the new President of the Eurodyssey Programme

Mrs Bianca Miruna Gavrilita – member of the Timis (RO) County Council – is the new President of the Eurodyssey Programme. She has been appointed for a two-year mandate to lead this AER’s exchange programme which, since 1985, allows young job seekers aged between 18 and 30 to benefit from a traineeship placement abroad for a period between three to seven months.

“As the new president of Eurodyssey, I engage myself in fullfilling this valuable duty in a responsible and honourable way and I invite all of you to work with me and contribute to accomplish a visionary mission” stated President Gavrilita, setting her goals for this two-year mandate.

A New Eurodysse’s Secretary general and a new engement for the AER

Mihai Ritivoiu Eurodussey SGAt the same time, Mr Mihai Ritivoiu – County Councillor, Timis (RO) – has been appointed as the new Eurodyssey’s Secretary General. In general, the Presidency and the secretariat are indeed assumed by the same AER member Region.

The objective is more and more to let young people gain professional experience at the same time as they get an opportunity to improve their knowledge of a foreign language.

By its side, the AER will continue to be responsible for the general framework conditions of the programme as well as its general development and promotion.
