The Assembly of European Regions together with Brasov County and the University of Transilvania organised between 7th and 8th May 2015 a Conference on “Innovative Education – A real opportunity for Youth”.

The main theme was the focus on educational systems management, with good practices from various domains including two study visits (the Research and Development Centre of the Transilvania University and the Kronstadt School).

The most important aspect in this respect is that the curricula meet the labour market needs. The success of the young generation is maintained by the cooperation of educational system, the authorities’ support and the politicians’ active presence and lobby. Finally, the process is enriched by a constant sharing of good practices at regional, national and international level.
