The societal impact is significant\, and has a clear territorial dimension. Europe’s housing crisis is hurting communities in both urban and rural regions\, albeit in different ways. \n\n ☕Delivering affordable housing for all is a priority for the AER’s Task Force on Access to Services. Bringing together policymakers and experts\, this breakfast briefing will be an opportunity for AER members to: \n1.
