In order to mainstream the work on equal opportunities, each committee elects two EO representatives. This EO team supports the VP in his role as champion of equal opportunities in the organisation.

During his mandate, the Vice President’s goals are to:

• Strengthen the links with the committees representatives and agree with them on 3 main activities promoting equal opportunities which will be linked to the Committees’ work.
• Launch a Local and Regional platform of women political leaders in partnership with the leading NGO for women in politics « Women Political Leaders » and other subnational associations.
