The Volvo Group is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of trucks, buses, construction equipment, marine and industrial engines, and provides complete solutions for financing and service.
Volvo, which employs about 100,000 people, has production facilities in 19 countries and sells its products in more than 190 markets.
With Quality, Safety and Environmental Care as its core values, the Volvo Group vision is to become the world leader in sustainable transport solutions.
Imagine your world without transport…
Imagine a normal day. You get up in the morning and the fridge is empty. You wait for the bus to take you to work, but it doesn’t come. Even if the bus had turned up, it would have been hard to get you to your destination because the roads are blocked with garbage and snow. Your mobile phone rings. Your mother, who is coming to visit, tells you that all flights are delayed because of a power outage at the airport.
You may not have given it much thought, but the Volvo Group contributes to many important tasks in society. Everywhere, each and every day! Without the products and services of the Volvo Group, society where we live would not function. Like lifeblood, our trucks, buses, engines and construction equipment fulfill many tasks that we have come to rely on every day.
The Volvo Group continuously works with partners in industry and society to develop sustainable solutions for transport of goods and people.
We develop tomorrow’s solutions today.
